If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the product unused with all manuals, attachments and original packaging, providing it has been paid for in full before despatch. It must arrive back to us within 7 days of original delivery. Once inspected you have the option of an exchange/ credit note or refund excluding initial carriage charge. Please note if after inspection if any of the above is incomplete or the product has been used we will not be able to offer an exchange/credit or refund and there may be additional carriage cost involved in returning the item to you. If you would like us to collect the item that is not required this can also be arranged at an additional cost of £25 +vat up to 10kg.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% re-stocking fee for items that have been sent out correctly by ourselves, but wish to be returned because of incompatability with existing equipment or has been ordered in error.

The cost of returning faulty or incompatable items to us is the responsibility of the customer, However we can organise a reverse collection but there is a standard charge of £18.00 for parcels up to 10kg in weight, please contact us before returning the product as we can advise on cost, methods of return..
Any damage or incomplete or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, we accept no liability after this period.
